We are the Chastains and live in north Georgia. We have had the pleasure of raising AKC Siberian Huskies since 1993.

We love the unique experience of the quirky, lovable Husky and enjoy sharing that gift with loving homes.

We specialize in the colors not often seen in the Huskies - dark colors, dirty faces, minimal white markings, and agouti Husky coloration. We have a line that consistently produces this coloration. We do also have standard colors & masks.

We are state licensed and are annually inspected by AKC & USDA.

Husky Breeding

Unique color breeding for agouti Huskies, minimal white, and dark Huskies. Health and temperament focused.

We do not have pups year round - usually a couple litters each spring & fall. Planned litters will be posted in the album "Planned Litters". Once pairs are bred, those pairings will be posted in the album "Expected Litters". Once pups are born, their pix will be posted in the album "Available Pups". Once pups are RESERVED, their pix will be posted in the "Reserved Pups" album.
Pups are ready for their new homes at 8 weeks of age.

Adults/older pups for sale are sold AS IS. Some are sold as pets only, others are sold with full rights. If there are any special considerations or requirements, that will be noted in discussions about purchase.

Puppy Health

We offer a one year health warranty for your peace of mind.

This warranty is to the person directly purchasing from us and is void if the puppy is ever sold, given or transferred to another person.

All pups are kept on a regular deworming program starting at 2 weeks of age, receive 1st puppy shot, and go to vet for a checkup between 7-8 weeks of age. Health record & health warranty are sent home with pup.

Husky Info

A bit of info before you decide a Husky is right for you.

Please do research on the Husky to decide if they are the right breed for you & your household.
They are a sledding dog & it is bred into them to run & run & run & ………………..You cannot turn them loose in your yard & expect them to stay there.
The Husky is a very social & active dog. It wants to be an active member of your family & requires lots of exercise.
They ‘blow’ their coat twice a year. Expect to do lots of brushing during this time.
The Husky is a highly intelligent dog. They are easily trained & learn things quickly. Just keep training sessions short & do them frequently. The Husky does have a strong predatory instinct towards animals that are smaller than they are. If you have cats, or other small pets, you must introduce the husky to them while still a pup, otherwise there will be trouble in paradise.
Huskies are generally good with children. Of course, supervision with young/small children is always recommended with any breed.
If you are looking for a guard dog, the Husky is not for you. They will usually let you know when something or someone is around, but they will not guard you. They are a very friendly dog, & don’t usually meet a stranger.
The Husky easily adapts to most climates & environments. Many are kept as housedogs & do really well with that. Even if you live in the South, as long as your Husky has plenty of shade & fresh water, it will be fine.

What advice do you provide for prospective new Husky owners?

Please do research before you decide to bring a Siberian Husky home, to make sure that a Husky is the dog for you and will fit into your home/family life. The typical lifespan of a Siberian Husky is 12-14 years - be sure you are willing to make that commitment.
